The Outlook Basic class provides an integrated solution for managing your time and information, and remaining in control of the information that reaches you. Outlook delivers features to help you quickly search your communications, organize your work, and better share your information with others — all from one place. This Outlook training program will provide the basic procedures used in creating, editing, sending and receiving e-mail messages. In addition, you will also discover other features essential to managing Outlook e-mail messages.


Microsoft Outlook 2007 Advance - 3 hour advanced Outlook 

The Outlook advanced class will enable you to save time and become more productive in your business and life. You will gain more control of your email, information, calendar and workflow allowing you to take control of your business! You’ll also save time & increase productivity by getting your Outlook organized.

Here’s an overview of what you’ll learn:

  1. Enhanced Contact Management - Importing and exporting contacts; Adding and removing pictures to contacts; Making contacts private and attaching and deleting an item or file to contacts; Custom Sorts, adding contacts as duplicates; printing contacts (several formats)
